MUJPI Technologies (Private) Limited operates on a fundamental principle: your data remains your data. Our legal frameworks reflect this commitment to absolute data sovereignty.
1. Privacy Policy
Unlike public cloud AI providers, MUJPI does not ingest, collect, or monitor the data you process on our hardware. Your prompts, documents, financial records, and proprietary models are processed locally on the hardware you own or lease.
We only collect basic telemetry (such as hardware health, thermal status, and licensing checks) if explicitly enabled by your administrators in MUJPI Command.
2. Terms of Service
The use of MUJPI hardware and the MUJPI Fabric software stack is governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) provided during procurement. The software stack remains the intellectual property of MUJPI Technologies, licensed for use strictly on approved MUJPI hardware.
3. Data Sovereignty
By deploying MUJPI Enterprise systems, your organization retains physical custody of all processed data. We do not provide "backdoors" or cloud-sync services unless explicitly configured and managed by your own IT department.
